商品の説明●商品説明：創業江戸文化年間の田村造酢が日本古来の伝統醸造法に独自の技術を導入して作り上げた柿酢です。原料には清流紀ノ川のほとりで栽培された和歌山の特産品「平たねなし柿(渋柿)」を使用しています。完熟の新鮮な柿のみをじっくりと発酵させ、二年間の熟成期間をおくことでまろやかな味に仕上げています。水さえ無添加の『一滴一滴が柿』の酢です。調味料としてお料理に、また健康飲料としてお楽しみください。酸度4.3%。安全警告開栓後は冷暗所に保存してください。
