世界の三ツ星シェフも愛用。国産大豆・小麦の香り豊かな、搾りたて生醤油。通常のお醤油が行う加熱殺菌の代わりにミクロフィルターを使って、「酵母ろ過」をしているので酵素が活きた醤油。つけかけの他、焼いた香りも格別です。アルコールの原料は沖縄産サトウキビです。
