沖縄産黒糖を100%使用した黒飴です。沖縄産サトウキビの絞り汁をそのまま加熱し濃縮して固めた沖縄産黒砂糖のうまさを最大限に引き出すために、厚板の特殊加工銅釜によるこだわりの火焚き製法(高温直火釜方式)で製造することにより、黒飴の旨味・風味・コク・まろやかさを引き出しました。
