商品説明文「海の精 天日干し たくあん」は、発酵タイプのたくあんです。大根も米ぬかも、国内で農薬を使用せずに栽培したものを使用しています。調味料を使用せず、天日に干して大根の甘味を引き出し、自然海塩「海の精」に漬けて素直な旨味を醸し出しました。冬に漬け込んだ後最適発酵の状態で低温貯蔵し、これを随時真空包装して出荷している為、一年中新鮮な状態でお届けしています。原産地国産保存方法要冷蔵(10度以下)開封後は早めにお召し上がり下さい。
